Flu Vaccination is available until 31st January 2012 for patients over 65 years of age and patients at risk.  Please ring the receptionist to book you an appointment.

Inewpills1.jpgf you are on regular medication your doctor may allow you to have repeat prescriptions.

Requests for repeat prescriptions should be made in person, in writing, by fax or by following the link to the online form below. We do not accept telephone requests as we like to keep our telephone lines free for appointments, urgent telephone calls and visits.

If you would like your prescription to be posted please let us have a stamped, addressed envelope when requesting your prescription.

We endeavour to have prescriptions ready for collection in 48 hours. However, during holiday and busy periods this may not always be possible, therefore please do not leave your request until the last minute.

 

Our Flu Vaccination walk-in Clinic will be held on Saturday 24th September 2011 from 8.15 am to 11.00 am for patients over 65 years of age and patients at risk.

Alternatively you may ring the receptionist to book an appointment during the week.
